 Today we lost a friend, brother and leader. The outpouring of love and emotion on social media is a testament to the void that has been created in our hearts and community. Ernesto Santos was amazing both on and off the courts. He served on the FPUSA Board prior to being elected as President in December of 2021. He was a coach, mentor and player but above all he was a friend with a passion for Petanque. He will not be able to see his vision for the FPUSA become a reality, but his leadership made a lasting impact on this sport in the USA. You, our dear friend, touched us all and will forever be remembered. |
