Tournament Admin Documents
We have provided several kinds of administrative documents: bracket and score sheets in printable PDF form and as downloadable Excel spreadsheets. The brackets bundle includes printable sheets for 4-, 8-, 16-, and 32-teams. The score sheet bundle includes printable 3- and 6-game score sheets. Both bundles are PDF documents that can be printed at variable sizes. Even if you choose to use a software program to manage your tournament, it's always prudent to keep a back-up set of paper documents.
|
When printing, remember to adjust the size of the image to print within the tolerance of your printer's margins. For example, you may want to print the 32-team bracket sheet using the "fit" option, rather than at 100%. If you want to produce documents larger than 8½ × 11 inches, simply take a copy of the PDF to your local print service (Staples, etc.).
We have also provided downloadable Excel spreadsheet versions of the 3- and 6-game score sheets and a randomized Swiss System score sheet. When using the Swiss sheet, make sure you expand the columns by double clicking the lines between them in the initial alphabetized row at the top of the Excel sheet, so that the text aligns properly. All of these Excel sheets can be filled in and saved. |
FPUSA Tournament Prize Calculator
The clever calculator below was designed by Etienne Rijkheer of the Lamorinda Pétanque Club in Lafayette, California. After inputting a few of your tournament variables it will calculate the prize awards and even tell you how many tens, twenties, etc. to pick up at the bank!
|
Enter your registration fees, number of players, amount of club holdback, and number of players per team by overwriting the data in the pink boxes. The calculator does the rest.
